Elevate your stuffing with savory Jimmy Dean® sausage, fragrant rosemary, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1.5 cups diced onions
  • 0.75 cup diced or coarsely grated carrots
  • 1.5 cups diced celery
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) package herbed dry bread cubes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cook the sausage in a large saucepan or stockpot over medium-high heat until fully cooked and no longer pink, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; cook for 10-12 minutes until the onion is translucent, stirring frequently. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Pour the mixture into a buttered 4-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake with a cozy cover for an hour.
