Transform cereal into a delightful tea-time treat with this easy homemade bread recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 60g Reduced salt margarine or unsalted margarine
  • 169.95 gm reduced fat milk
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
  • 249.00 gm self-raising flour, sifted
  • 112.50 gm sugar
  • 375.00 ml Just Right Original
  • 1 banana, mashed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 190C.
  • Combine margarine and sugar until creamy. Mix in vanilla, egg, milk, and mashed banana until well combined. Using a wooden spoon, add flour and Kellogg's Just Right, mix thoroughly.
  • Prepare a 22cm x 10cm loaf tin by lining it with greaseproof paper. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it cool, then slice. Enjoy with your favorite jam, reduced-fat custard or yogurt, and fresh fruit. Serves 12.
