Irresistible cinnamon bread; warm, moist, and sticky with just the right amount of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease two 5x9 inch loaf pans.
  • Combine flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. Blend the milk mixture into the flour mixture until smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar in loaf pans and divide the batter evenly between them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
