Customize your keto-friendly, tangy and spicy BBQ sauce with no added sugar and low carbs to suit your taste preferences.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans sugar-free tomato paste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hickory-flavored liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, liquid smoke, paprika, smoked paprika, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and water in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often, then simmer.
  • Stir occasionally and simmer without a lid until you reach your preferred thickness, for approximately 20 minutes. Add cayenne pepper for seasoning. Take off the heat and let it cool down completely.
