Cheesy keto sausage balls - a crowd-pleasing, indulgent Game Day treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spicy ground pork sausage
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, delicately mix together the sausage, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic powder, and salt until fully combined. Shape heaping tablespoonfuls of the pork mixture into balls and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake at the preheated oven until golden brown for 30 to 35 minutes. Then, place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any extra grease before serving immediately.
