Delicious low-carb keto sausage balls, gluten-free and made without Bisquick®, quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk spicy pork sausage
  • 1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 (.25 ounce) packages unflavored gelatin
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together sausage, Cheddar cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, gelatin, egg, and baking powder until well combined using your hands, a stand mixer, or a food processor. Shape mixture into evenly-sized balls (approximately 1 1/2-inch diameter) and arrange on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 23-28 minutes until fully cooked. Let the sausage balls cool on the pan for about 5 minutes to reabsorb the oil.
