Australian one-pot ki see ming: Sautéed veggies & ground beef for a filling winter meal. Easy and quick!

  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) package chicken noodle soup mix
  • 2 cups water, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook onion until translucent, about 5-7 minutes, without browning. Add cabbage, celery, and beans. Mix in ground sirloin, cooking and stirring until evenly browned and crumbly, about 7-9 minutes.
  • Combine the soup mix and soy sauce in the pot, then add water until just covered. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
