Kielbasa sausage, Brussels sprouts, and red onion stir-fry - quick and satisfying!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 14 ounces baby Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the sausage and onion, cooking and stirring until the onion turns translucent, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Next, add the Brussels sprouts and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
