Sauté kielbasa in ginger ale, glaze with brown sugar for a savory-sweet twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 1.5 cups ginger ale
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 8 ounces honey mustard
Instructions:
  • Turn your oven to broil. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the kielbasa into 1/4 inch diagonal slices.
  • Saute the kielbasa in ginger ale until heated through, drain well. Place them on the baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Broil the kielbasa until the brown sugar melts and forms a crispy crust, typically 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
