Tropical kiwi sauce brushed on country-style ribs for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (3 pound) package country-style pork ribs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a toasty 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • In a blender, combine kiwis, sugar, vinegar, lime juice, salt, chili powder, cornstarch, and garlic and blend until a thick sauce forms.
  • Arrange the pork ribs on a baking sheet.
  • Pour the luscious kiwi sauce over the succulent ribs.
  • Cover ribs delicately with a sheet of aluminum foil.
  • Bake until fork-tender, approximately 1 hour in preheated oven.
