Spicy Korean apple stir-fry: a perfect blend of sweet and heat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 0.33333334326744 onion, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.75 pound chicken tenderloins, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine
  • 1 pinch lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté apple, celery, bell pepper, and onion in olive oil until onion is soft, about 5 minutes. Add chicken, hot pepper paste, white wine, lemon pepper, sugar, garlic, and pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
