Delicious lamb patty pocket breads with salad and Greek yogurt - a flavorful meal ready in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 800g lamb mince
  • 10.00 gm Middle Eastern spice mix
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 small pocket pita breads
  • 1 bunch rocket, torn
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 200g Greek Style Yoghurt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, blend mince and spice mix using your hands until fully combined. Shape the mixture into 4 patties with a 12cm diameter each. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate, frying pan, or chargrill over medium heat and lightly spray with oil. Cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through. Transfer them to a plate, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Carefully slice the pocket breads halfway through to create a space for filling. Stuff them with fresh rocket, ripe tomatoes, and flavorful patties. Enjoy with a dollop of creamy yogurt on the side.
