Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups duck sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place lamb chops in a baking dish and generously coat with Worcestershire sauce, adobo seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper evenly.
  • Roast in the oven for 1 hour until perfectly cooked.
  • Coat lamb chops in duck sauce and bake until they reach 145 degrees F (65 degrees C), about 15-20 minutes.
