Revamp your lunch with a unique and tasty treat.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 gm low-fat spreadable cream cheese
  • 39.60 gm whole egg mayonnaise
  • 15.90 gm lemon juice
  • salt and cracked black pepper
  • 2 long French bread sticks
  • 1 mango, sliced thinly
  • 100g shaved leg ham
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mix until well blended. Set aside.
  • Slice the bread in half horizontally and spread both sides with the creamy cheese mixture. Top with baby arugula, mango, and ham. Cut the breadsticks into 20cm lengths and serve immediately or wrap in plastic and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
