Elevate lemon cake mix cookies with orange liqueur and citrus vodka for a sophisticated twist on a classic treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Lemon Cake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons citrus-flavored vodka
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a spacious bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed or mix with a spoon to combine all cookie ingredients. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Let cool completely.
  • Combine powdered sugar and your favorite liqueur in a small bowl until you achieve your preferred consistency. Drizzle the icing over the cookies for a delicious finish.
