Tender haddock filets, seasoned with zesty lemon pepper and fragrant dill, pan-seared in butter with a splash of citrusy lemon juice.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound haddock fillets
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • dried dill weed to taste
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Arrange fish filets in a microwave-safe dish, dot with butter pieces, sprinkle with dill weed and lemon pepper, then drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  • Cook the fish covered on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes until it turns white.
