No-bake chilled lemon pie made with lemon pudding mix, cream cheese, and whipped topping for a sweet and tangy dessert without condensed milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 0.5 cup lemon pie filling
  • 2.25 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and gently fit pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated until the edges turn golden, for about 9 to 11 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow it to cool.
  • After the crust has cooled, whip cream cheese in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until creamy (about 30 seconds). Slowly mix in milk until fully combined. Add pudding mix and beat for another 30 seconds. Gently blend in lemon pie filling on low speed. Finally, fold in whipped topping and transfer the mixture into the cooled pie crust.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
