Whip up a quick and delicious one-pan lemon-pepper chicken with potatoes, peppers, and onions for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 potatoes, quartered
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1.25 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a medium baking dish, layer chicken breasts, potatoes, bell peppers, and onion. Pour water and dot with butter. Sprinkle with zesty lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • Roast the chicken breasts in the oven until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F, about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
