Easy, quick, and delicious buttery soy glazed salmon with a zesty lemon pepper twist. Perfect for grilling outdoors.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • lemon pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Lay salmon on the baking sheet. Combine melted butter and soy sauce, then brush over the salmon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  • Broil the salmon until easily flaked with a fork, for about 6 to 8 minutes depending on thickness.
