Succulent salmon fillets seared to perfection, smothered in zesty garlic lemon sauce and topped with vibrant bell peppers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon
Instructions:
  • Melt a teaspoon of butter in a large skillet and sear the salmon fillets until they are flaky on the inside and golden on the outside.
  • Heat up a skillet over medium heat, then add the oil, red pepper, and yellow pepper. Saute the peppers for 3 minutes before setting them aside.
  • Mix minced garlic and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a small bowl. Spoon over the cooked salmon fillets and top with roasted peppers. Serve promptly.
