Quick and easy pan-seared salmon fillets with zesty capers and lemon seasoning. Ready in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 slices lemon
Instructions:
  • Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Drizzle olive oil over salmon fillets, then lay them skin-side down in the sizzling skillet and turn heat to high.
  • Season salmon fillets with capers, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes on one side. Flip fillets and cook until salmon is flaky and tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Plate the salmon individually and top each serving with fresh lemon slices for a beautiful presentation.
