30-Minute Lime and Honey-Glazed Lamb Chops with Rice and Asian Greens: A delicious and speedy meal!
Ingredients:
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 12 Lamb Loin Chops
  • Steamed long grain rice, to serve
  • Steamed Asian greens, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together lime juice, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp water until well combined.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook lamb for 3 minutes on each side until golden. Add lime mixture and continue cooking, turning lamb halfway through, for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the lamb.
  • Plate the rice, layer it with succulent lamb, and crown it with vibrant Asian greens.
