Savory sausage linguine with red peppers, onion, garlic, white wine, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package linguini pasta
  • 0.5 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook linguine until it's al dente, about 11 minutes.
  • As the pasta cooks, sear the sausage in a sturdy skillet over medium-high heat until golden, using the back of a spoon to break it into pieces. Stir in peppers, onion, and garlic, and cook until soft. Pour in wine and let it simmer until slightly thickened, approximately 6 minutes.
  • After draining the pasta, transfer it to the skillet. Mix it well, then sprinkle cheese on top and toss until it's perfectly blended.
