Garlicky white wine clam sauce with herbs over linguine - a light and delicious seafood dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans minced clams, with juice
  • 0.75 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Cook linguine until al dente, about 10 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add clam liquid, parsley, white wine, basil, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine clams into the mixture until warmed. Add the cooked linguine pasta, mix well, and serve hot.
