Elevate weeknight dinner with loaded Greek fries using frozen French fries for a delicious shortcut.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (26 ounce) package frozen French fries (such as Ore-Ida®)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.66666668653488 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chopped red onion
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sliced banana peppers, drained
  • 15 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 15 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 0.66666668653488 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
  • 5 lemon wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and arrange those French fries on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle potatoes with salt immediately after removing from the oven.
  • Evenly distribute French fries onto plates. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and top with red onion, banana peppers, olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges.
