Indulge in a light and satisfying lobster roll with low-cal mayo on a wholesome whole wheat bun. Ideal summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) cooked Northern (cold-water) lobster tails
  • 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 pinch seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Cut the lobster into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a large bowl. Combine with celery, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, paprika, and seafood seasoning, then gently mix until well combined.
  • Toast hot dog rolls gently until golden brown, spread butter inside each, fill with lobster salad, and enjoy!
