Indulge in lobster and bacon mac and cheese for a luxurious upgrade to a classic dish perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 12 ounces cooked lobster tail meat, chopped
  • 0.66666668653488 cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil, then cook elbow macaroni until al dente, for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Then drain the bacon on paper towels and dice.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine Cheddar cheese soup, Cheddar cheese, and milk in a bowl. Mix in pasta, bacon, and lobster. Transfer mixture to a 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Combine the bread crumbs and butter in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over the pasta mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and bread crumbs are golden brown.
