Make and decorate vanilla cookie pops for a fun and tasty treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 to 24 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (or your favorite flavor)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs, and beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 3 inches apart. Insert a wooden stick at the edge of each dough until the tip is in the center.
  • Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for about 30 minutes. Frost and decorate to your liking, then store loosely covered.
