Easy keto almond flour cookies with a hint of cinnamon, low in carbs, and irresistibly sweet.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, butter, sweetener, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Shape the dough into twelve 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Using a fork, press down twice on each ball to create a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges turn golden. Let it cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
