Low-Sugar Raspberry Jam

Quick and easy low-calorie raspberry jam sweetened with stevia and sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) container fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 6 packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a small pot, crush raspberries with a potato masher. Pour in syrup and bring to a boil. Mix in sugar and stevia. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring consistently until thickened, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
