Elevate your cupcakes with Betty Crocker® cake and frosting, topped with colorful cereal for a delightful touch of charm.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix or 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 3 cups Lucky Charms™ cereal
  • Green edible glitter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Prepare and bake the cake mix according to the instructions on the box to make 24 cupcakes. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack. Let them cool completely for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Decorate cupcakes with a generous layer of frosting. Sprinkle each cupcake with 2 tablespoons of cereal and edible glitter. Keep them covered loosely for storage.
