Elevate fresh lumpia with a savory garlic-peanut sauce made with soy sauce and brown sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
  • Combine water, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn flour, and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 6 to 10 minutes until thickened. Stir in cooked garlic until fully incorporated.
