Try our unique macadamia nut brittle with dried blueberries - a delightful blend of salty-sweet flavors and satisfying crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup salted macadamia nuts, chopped in half
  • 0.5 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Grease a 10x15-inch baking pan with butter.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup with a candy thermometer attached. Boil over medium heat while stirring continuously. Reach 275 degrees F (135 degrees C); then mix in macadamia nuts, pecans, coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook and stir until the candy reaches 300 degrees F (148 degrees C); then remove from heat.
  • Quickly mix blueberries, baking soda, and vanilla extract into the candy mixture until combined. Pour the entire mixture onto the prepared pan promptly. Spread evenly. Let it cool completely, around 15 minutes, before breaking it into pieces.
