Tilapia fillets broiled with a savory garlic, soy sauce, and crunchy macadamia nut crust.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) tilapia
  • 10 ounces macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your broiler for the perfect sear while preparing a mess-free baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a food processor, blend macadamia nuts, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, and black pepper until a smooth paste forms.
  • Generously spread the macadamia mixture over each tilapia fillet and place them macadamia-side up on the baking sheet. Broil until the macadamia crust is golden brown and the tilapia flakes easily, approximately 15 minutes.
