  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large shallots, thinly sliced
  • 10 ounces cooked ham, cut into small dice
  • 0.25 cup dry vermouth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions:
  • Prepare a delectable Creamy Macaroni and Cheese as per the recipe.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute shallots until golden brown, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ham and continue sauteing until slightly browned, around 2 minutes.
