Indulge in a comforting Italian-inspired ham and cheese macaroni pie with a crispy Bisquick® crust - perfect for a family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 1/2 oz)
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and generously coat a 10-inch or 9 1/2-inch glass deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Combine 2 cups of cheese, ham, and uncooked macaroni in a large bowl, then transfer to a pie plate.
  • Place milk and eggs in blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add Bisquick mix and salt; blend until smooth. Pour over mixture in pie plate.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving and then sprinkle with parsley.
