Irresistible no-bake peanut butter cornflake cookies.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 0.5625 cup light corn syrup
- 1.25 cups peanut butter
- 2.3329999446869 cups cornflakes cereal
- 0.25 cup sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, stir well, and mix in cornflakes and sesame seeds if preferred. Spoon mixture onto waxed paper and cool until set.
