Mahi Mahi Ceviche

Citrus-marinated mahi mahi mixed with orange, radish, cucumber, and cilantro in a refreshing ceviche by Chef John.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound mahi mahi fillets, diced, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lime juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 cup diced avocados
  • 0.5 cup peeled and seeded diced cucumber
  • 0.5 cup diced orange segments
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons radishes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Instructions:
  • Mix mahi mahi with lime juice, lemon juice, jalapeno, salt, oregano, and cayenne in a bowl. Submerge fish completely in the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the fish. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 6 hours.
  • Coat the mahi mahi mixture with a delicious blend of avocado, cucumber, orange, chives, radish, cilantro, and olive oil until well combined. Don't forget to season with salt for that perfect flavor!
