Beat the heat with a refreshing Irish cream cocktail combining rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream - a tropical twist on pina colada flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys®)
  • 0.5 cup coconut-flavored rum (such as Malibu®)
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup cream of coconut
  • 6 ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Combine the Irish cream liqueur, rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a large pitcher. Transfer 1/2 cup to a blender. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture into two glasses and top off with the remaining rum mixture. Enjoy!
