Impress with a sensational summer dessert for gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 55g caster sugar
  • 100ml Malibu liqueur or other coconut liqueur
  • Fresh fruit, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof bowl, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and Malibu. Set the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water without touching the water. Whisk gently until well combined and whisk continuously for 5-6 minutes until mixture is light and fluffy. Remove from the heat.
  • Place the fresh fruit beautifully on a platter and enjoy it with the warm sabayon.
