Energizing yogurt smoothie with blueberries and wheat germ.
Ingredients:
  • 300g packet frozen blueberries
  • 515.00 gm chilled low-fat milk
  • 200g tub natural low fat yoghurt, plus extra to serve
  • 4 scoops no-fat chocolate ice cream
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 62.50 ml chocolate malt powder
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • 20.00 ml wheatgerm
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together blueberries, milk, yogurt, ice cream, banana, malt syrup, and wheatgerm until smooth.
  • Blend until silky. Divide among 4 tall glasses. Finish with a dollop of yogurt on top.
