Mango & yoghurt layer pots

Delicious and convenient citrus pots for breakfast or a healthy snack on the move.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 180 g natural yoghurt
  • 100 g Granola Dust
Instructions:
  • Peel and pit the mango, then puree in a food processor until smooth. Alternatively, chop the mango into bite-sized pieces. Combine vanilla with yogurt in a small bowl. Layer portable pots with vanilla yogurt, mango puree, and Granola Dust. Repeat layers. Seal with lids and enjoy on the go!
