Ingredients:
  • 1kg low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 honey gold mangoes, peeled, thickly sliced
  • 220g white sugar
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof dish, layer the yogurt with sliced mango.
  • In a small saucepan, bring 1/4 cup (60ml) of water to a boil. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Boil the mixture until it turns a light golden color, then simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes.
  • Pour the toffee over the mango swiftly and enjoy right away.
