Delicious mango cake with buttermilk, mango puree, and crunchy walnuts.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it.
  • First, cream together the butter and sugar until they are light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs and beat well. Next, combine the flour and baking soda, and blend it into the creamed mixture. After that, gently fold in the buttermilk, vanilla, mango puree, and chopped nuts. Finally, pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-50 minutes in the preheated oven.
