Cheesy three-cheese stuffed manicotti baked to perfection in a rich sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 5.5 ounces manicotti pasta
  • 1 pint part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
  • Boil manicotti until perfectly al dente in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes; then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine ricotta, mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Start by elegantly pouring half a cup of savory spaghetti sauce into a generously sized 11x17-inch baking dish. Next, expertly stuff each delicate manicotti shell with a flavorful 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture and artfully arrange them over the sauce. Finish by gracefully pouring the remaining sauce over the shells and delicately sprinkling the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly.
