Boost your morning with mulberries: rich in anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants for overall health protection.
Ingredients:
  • 270g (3 cups) rolled oats
  • 180ml (3/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 130g (1 cup) slivered almonds
  • 80g (1/2 cup) pepitas
  • 20g (2/3 cup) dried mulberries (see notes)
  • Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, to serve
  • Fresh mulberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to 160°C (140°C fan forced). - Combine oats with maple syrup and oil until coated. - Add almonds and pepitas and mix well. - Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray. - Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden. - Allow it to cool before serving.
  • Mix in the dried mulberries, and serve alongside Greek yogurt and fresh mulberries.
