Maple apple & pear crumble

Vegan-friendly recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 4 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
  • 2 beurre bosc pears, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 20g dairy-free spread
  • 85g (3/4 cup) apricot and almond untoasted muesli
  • 27.00 gm maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine apple, pear, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook covered for 10 minutes until tender, then drain. Transfer the mixture into a 1.5L (6-cup) ovenproof dish.
  • In a bowl, gently mix and coat the muesli with your fingertips. Top with the fruit mixture and drizzle with syrup.
  • Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes in the oven.
