Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds ground pork
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2.5 teaspoons fennel seed
  • 2.5 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon anise seed
Instructions:
