Cinnamon bread pudding drizzled with warm caramel sauce, a quick and divine dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices cinnamon bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons fat-free caramel sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Dice the bread into 3/4-inch cubes and place them neatly in a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the eggs, egg white, and sugar, then add the milk, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gently pour this mixture over the bread cubes.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the top is lightly browned and the middle is set, approximately 40 minutes.
  • Gently heat the caramel sauce, then generously pour it over the bread pudding just before serving.
