Enhance your granola with maple syrup for a rich maple flavor, combined with crunchy oats, pecans, and walnuts.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup ground flax seed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup canola oil
  • 0.66666668653488 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine oats, pecans, walnuts, flax seed, and cinnamon in a spacious bowl.
  • Combine canola oil, maple syrup, maple flavoring, and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle over the oat mixture and mix well to ensure even coating.
  • Evenly spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Allow the granola to cool completely, then break it into chunks and store in an air-tight container.
